Returns

If the part is defective, or we have delivered you an incorrect part or size due to our error we will gladly exchange the part. If the parts do not fit due to error in initial measurements, there will be no returns. If you have any questions regarding the needed measurements please refer to our diagram, or call (780) 205-8444 and ask for Frank.

Warranty

All Pontoon Boat Loading Guides come with a 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty.

Shipping

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs, are based on destination and will be calculated once order has been completed.

Shipping Methods:
We will ship using Loomis for Canadian and American orders.

Delivery Times:
Average delivery times vary between 2-4 weeks for most Canadian destinations. In most cases, please allow 7-10 business days to process your order for shipment.
